Many massively multiplayer online games have had problems with individuals using cheats, hacks or exploits to get ahead of the rest. Although, not a fair way of playing; but nevertheless rather effective if not caught. Guild Wars, being an MMO, will have to deal with exploits yet on a much smaller scale than non-mmo games due to the nature of play (accounts stored on their server). Yet, if an exploit or hack does makes it way into the game, ArenaNet can easily repair it by streamlining a patch; hence it may be fixed and no one would actually be aware of it. There is one place which posts Guild Wars cheats and exploits as they are found out and before they are fixed. That place is, Skryer, a site containing a lot more GW resouces and hacks.

As it is, no cheat or hack is available for Guild Wars and it is highly unlikely any will prop up and work for very long due to the nature of the updating system. Exploits do exist, yet they are fixed as the development become aware of them.
